You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and support a dynamic board consisting of a President and ten Directors. It will be your opportunity to demonstrate your management and coordination skills.

This is a full time position with core office hours 8.30am to 5.00pm.  The duties are summarised below:

• Diary management and meeting coordination
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Organise arrangements for Board and other meetings, including set up and clearing
• Attend Executive meetings and take Minutes, prepare and distribute agenda papers
• Management of travel and accommodation arrangements
• Draft, type and edit correspondence, paper and other material

To be considered for this role you will possess:

• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Experience working with a Board and providing secretariat assistance
• Proficient MS Office suite computer skills
• Flexibility to travel interstate as required!
