Part time Personal Assistant/Office Manager role for a small resource investment company in Sydney's CBD.
The role would currently only be required on Friday's during the Uni Semester's beginning 9 March 2012 with a view to being flexible when current PA is required at Uni for exams and also full time for 3 weeks in July.
The successful candidate would be able to fulfill the following requirements:
- Previous 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Advanced MS Office Skills
- Reception duties would include, answering all incoming calls, being the first point of contact for the office and welcoming clients (tea, coffee etc), printing, binding, filing and some data entry.
- PA duties would include monitoring emails and diary management for the two Directors, secretarial duties, travel arrangements
- Confident manner, friendly and personable approach, flexible and well presented
