An exciting Personal Assistant opportunity has just become available within a national retail bank. Due to the rapid growth and success of this organisation they are seeking a professional and motivated Personal Assistant to join their busy and supportive team on a temporary/contract basis.
This position would suit an experienced and skilled Personal Assistant available to start immediately. In this fast paced and dynamic role you will be providing support to the GM of Marketing as well as the wider marketing team. Some of your responsibilities include diary management, liaising with the companys important clients and management at board level, organising travel and accommodation, booking meetings, creating presentations, organising events and so much more.
With a minimum of 3-5 years experience within in a PA or similar role, you will be a strong and professional individual who has a solid work ethic. You will be pro-active, take pride in your work and possess a high level or drive and motivation. Your confident and professional nature will be highly regarded.
