We are currently seeking senior records officers and administrators for upcoming opportunities on the Gold Coast and South Side. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Records Implementation, you will be responsible for managing the daily operational activities associated with records management and also be forward thinking in operational planning. You will need to demonstrate the ability to be compliant with both relevant legislation and our clients Code of Conduct, policies and procedures. Taking a lead in ensuring the records team staff are skilled and motivated to achieve business expectations is a key requirement of this role. Further duties include: Providing advise and direction to fellow staff Implement and participate in review of programs, processes and workflows Prepare reports, proposals and recommendations Remain up-to-date with emerging trends and technology If you demonstrate a minimum of 3 years in records management and have experience successfully managing a team please apply below.
