Presentation Specialist / Team Secretary

This successful professional services firm is seeking a talented Team Assistant to join their Sydney Office.  Working closely with a successful team this is your opportunity to utilise all your skills.  

Your key responsibilities will include :-  

  • Extensive preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Client Reports & Proposals
  • Organise project team meetings
  • Maintain client contact database
  • Prepare team expenses
  • Assist with client projects when required

To secure this great opportunity, you must :-  

  • Possess 3 years+ Team Assistant experience in a corporate environment
  • Be Advanced MS PowerPoint & MS Word and Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Have proven ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Have a minimum of 60wpm typing speed
  • Be professionally presented and spoken
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Be highly organised to meet specific deadlines
