- Typing of memos, minutes, agendas and other documents
- Updating standard operation procedures
- Diary management, travel management, coordination of meetings
- Meet and greet clients
- Organisation / coordinating for up & coming events for management
- Generating reports
- Duties include but not limited to above
To be considered for this great opportunity you must: - Be self motivated
- Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Intermediate - Advanced skill in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have a high attention to detail
- Proven experience in a PA role
- Have the ability to multi task
