Our client, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who also possesses fantastic Office Management skills

Reporting directly to the business owner you duties will include :

  • Accounts Payable to trial balance
  • Accounts Receivable to trial balance
  • Payroll.
  • BAS
  • Credit controls
  • End of month reports
  • Assisting with quotes, contracts and tenders
  • Maintain Plant and Equipment records
  • Purchasing stock and services as required
  • General office administration duties

Must have :

  • Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 years experience in a Bookkeeping role
  • Advanced knowledge of MYOB
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Initiative and good problem solving skills
  • Excellent phone manner
