As Senior Property Manager you will be expected to have confidence to do the following responsibilities:
- Manage the existing portfolio of residential properties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform all aspects of the property management process
- Demonstrate an understanding of the financial aspect- end of month, reporting, and trust
- Hit the ground running having solid confidence of the property industry
- Good writing skills
To be successful for the role of Senior Property Manager you will ideally possess:

Hours: Monday to Friday full time; 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary: $60,000-75,000 + superannuation (flexible on experience)
