To be successful in our team you will need to demonstrate a keen eye for details and possess excellent communications skills. You will enjoy working in a structured and process driven, results orientated environment and be confident working through a time of change whilst being an advocate for new business process.  Liaison with multiple functions in the front and back office will be an integral part of this role.

In this hands on role you will be responsible for:

• Creating new award / position templates
• Updating all current award / position templates as required
• New EMS client set up
• Updating all existing EMS client  records as required
• Regular audits for non compliance and duplicate records
• Liaising closely with our internal key stakeholders

• Analytical skills for dealing with Award interpretation
