Hays Office Support currently has a number of exciting temporary opportunities for motivated and dynamic individuals to further their Office Support experience within a variety of industries.

To get the most from temping, you will be highly motivated, outgoing and able to hit the ground running. In return you will be able to enjoy flexibility, to work when you want, top hourly rates and experience within some of Adelaide's leading organisations.

Currently we have a number of high profile clients seeking experienced temporary personnel with the following experience and expertise:

  • Personal Assistants
  • Executive Assistants
  • Receptionists
  • Office Managers / Co-ordinators
  • Administrators
  • Data Entry Operators
  • General Office Support positions.

    Hays Office Support is looking for well-presented office professionals to provide exceptional support to our valued clients. Other attributes we are seeking include:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Intermediate-Advanced use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Typing speed of approx 45WMP
  • Data Entry speeds at a minimum of 9000KSPH
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Reliability, Integrity and the willingness to go above and beyond!!!
