The Role

Ensure the efficient management of IT processes for the purchase of IT assets, including:
  • Invoice processing, software and hardware asset control, mobile connections/transfers
  • Analysis of documentation and processes to provide continuous improvement
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of cost and efficiency initiatives to improve service
  • Manage software and hardware licensing
  • Participate in external vendor negotiation as required

The Person
  • Financial services or Telecommunication experience industry experience
  • Experience in general purchasing/asset administration
  • Invoice processing experience
  • Process analysis/improvement experience
  • A positive attitude and strong communications skills
