One of our loyal clients are looking to recruit a Temporary Project Administrator for a long term assignment which is split between Perth and also Mine Sites around the Pilbara. The role will require 5-6 days on site per month, but may be extended to cover sickness, R&R or holidays. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities of the role: Provide administrative support to the team Provide effective travel and accommodation co-ordination Book and coordinate training for team members Assisting team members with basic systems use (Movement Board, timesheets, Prospect, email, excel, word etc) Maintaining and reporting relevant team statistics Maintenance of procedures relevant to the team Maintenance of staff movements Assisting team members with reporting requirements and information gathering Process and maintain staff and contractors qualifications (SAP, training matrix). Maintain/Review project team training/qualifications records, including SWP competencies. Process Site Access requests in a timely manner. Assist with reconciliation and processing of external contractor invoicing and project/tenement cost tracking through liaison with Departmental Cost Reporting Administrator Support project data processing requirements as required. Provide cost tracking support to Project leader/supervisor. Liaise with Perth Safety/Environment teams to assist in the provision of timely support and project statistics. Maintain consistency of practices across all Evaluation Projects with regular communication with the other Project Assistants and the Field Administration Supervisor Applicants who wish to apply for this position, should have exposure within the Mining & Resources sector, have previous experience of Travel & Accommodation and also working knowledge of SAP.
