Enjoy dealing with customers over the phone on a daily basis? Enjoy a process driven environment? Want to work in a friendly team? If you’ve answered with a resounding “yes”, then this could be the role for you! There currently exists a vacancy for a Member Services Administrator to join a busy Not For Profit Membership Organisation based in Carlton. As the Organisation offers their customers advice and cover for Medical Indemnity Insurance, they are looking for a Member Services Officer who has previously worked within a customer service or call centre insurance environment or within a membership organisation. For your hard work and loyalty, you will be rewarded with a professional and friendly culture within a call centre environment that feels more like an open plan office; working hours of Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm and an attractive salary. Unfortunately the role will not allow for career progression. As the “Member Services Officer”, you will liaise with medical professionals (via phone, email and the website) regarding their applications, renewals and general enquiries relating to their Medical Indemnity Insurance. Your bright personality, professional and prompt manner will be called upon when speaking to the members and your strong administration and high level of attention to detail will be relied upon to process these applications, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and performed in a timely manner. This role ideally suits a mature personality; someone who comes from a call centre or customer service environment within an insurance company and someone who is looking to remain within the same role for years to come. Your professional customer service orientation; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work within a team environment will also be called upon to ensure your success. Whilst software training will be provided, it is expected that you have a basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suites. Follow the prompts and click on the “apply” button to apply today.
