One of our valued clients is looking to recruit Admin Assistants for their Flights & Accommodation team in East Perth. The role involves organising the movement of employees, contractors and Temporary workers to over 14 sites and ensuring that all information is passed through correctly:

The role will include:

Organising and booking flights
Booking Site Accommodation
Using SAM software to book and upload information
Track email inbox for amendments and make immediate changes
Take telephone calls from internal and external stakeholders

The client is looking for candidates who have experience of arranging Travel & Accommodation within the Mining & Resources Sector. Applicants who do not have experience within the Mining & Resources sector cannot be considered at this stage. Any applicants who have had working knowledge of SAM workflow will be highly considered.

The role at this stage will be for approx 2 months but it is likely to go longer. The working hours are 40 per week on a 5/2 Roster initially, but then moving onto an 8/6 roster once full trained.
