My client, a market leader in providing gas services to metropolitan and rural areas is seeking the services of a Customer Service Officer to assist with the current demand. This position is offering a long term opportunity to successful candidate. Key duties for this position, include but are not limited too; • Creating files for retail agents • Training and maintaining retails agents • Daily stock control • Ordering of stock as per customer requirements • Minor accounts receivable • Invoicing • Inbound customer service. To be considered for this role you must possess the following experiences, skills and attributes; • Previous experience working within a call centre environment or similar • Ability to provide excellent customer service on a constant basis. • Take pride in completing efficient and effective work • Proven time management skills • Ability to work well within a team environment • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Able to be proactive • Be confident when speaking to customers On offer to the successful candidate will be an hourly rate depending on experience, a long term opportunity to work for a successful international organisation along with career development to the successful candidate.
