Do you have?
- Minimum 2 years administration experience?
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)?
- Excellent customer services skills?
- Confidence and ability to liaise with all levels of professionals?
- Experience working within professional services?
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word and Excel)?
- Enthusiasm to take on a challenge and ownership for duties?
Your potential role
Working amongst a determined team of professionals within the International Executive Services Tax Team, your role will be to ensure a high level of administrative services are provided as Client Service Coordinator. You will see yourself responsible for the following duties:
- Administration support to client services team
- Review notices issued by the ATO
- Manage the Tax Agent lodgement program
- Complex billing analysis
- Debtor management
- Database reporting and maintenance
- Global correspondence with internal and external parties
- General administrative duties as required
