We are a respected and experienced Recruitment firm with offices in South Melbourne and Clayton and are currently looking for an experienced high end Administrator for our South Melbourne team.
The role includes a diverse range of tasks including PA duties to the General Manager and Operations Manager as well as providing administrative support to all Becks Wiggins Stokes employees.
As the first point of contact for our brand, this is a critical role that delivers first impressions to both candidates and clients alike.
Daily duties include but are not limited to:

Front of House Reception

Diary Management
-
Document management, including letter and invoice preparation, formatting documents, company form creation

Extensive project and procedure work

Database management and updates
-
Ordering of office consumables
Previous Administration experience and an advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
Whilst formal qualifications are not essential, studies around business administration will be highly regarded.
