Due to rapid growth, several outstanding opportunities to join the Aurion team have become available. As Payroll Administration Team Leader, you will be an integral part of our customer transition and implementation process. Running and reconciling payrolls, reports and other interfaces, you will optimise service delivery to our customers while meeting service level agreements, quality and contractual requirements. An expert in configuration and reporting, and with deep understanding of payroll policy and practice, you will be known for your commitment to outstanding customer service and relationship building. As an experienced professional, you will readily provide guidance to less experienced colleagues. The responsibilities of this role include: • Configuring Aurion to comply with audit and statutory requirements and achieve service level agreements • Reconciling and running payrolls, constructing and running reports and other interfaces to achieve full audit and statutory compliance and delivery on service level agreements • Implementation of system upgrades including pre and post testing • Transitioning customers from implementation phase to payroll services • Liaising with customers during preliminary installation and testing You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment, within an organisation committed to accountability, empowerment, customer centricity, collaboration and initiative and ultimately, unleashing the potential of their employees.
