An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an ASX listed company as a Payroll System Product Tester. This company has a large focus on payroll and HR services. With a convenient Southern Suburb location and onsite parking, this would be an ideal role for an experienced payroll officer to move into a complimentary payroll position. The objective of this role is to undertake in unit testing and to develop and execute test plans for the product. If Product Testing sounds like something you would like to pursue, read on and apply! Responsibilities for this role will include: - Working closely with development teams to review business requirements in undertaking unit testing and development and execution of test plans
- Designing and reviewing test scenarios
- Executing full system testing
- Advising and assisting the Response team and fellow Consultants regarding system functionality
- Providing support to clients and customer service teams
- Raising and monitoring the progress of incidents raised as a result of testing and managing defects for resolution
- Involved in the ongoing improvement to the quality of the product and internal procedures
- Reviewing requirements and design specifications
- Ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have the following experience: - Substantial experience in Payroll processing
- Experience with Payroll specific processing software
- Understanding of Human Resource Management
