An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an ASX listed company as a System Consultant. This company has a large focus on payroll and HR services. With a convenient Southern Suburb location and onsite parking, this would be an ideal role for an experienced payroll officer to move into a fun and challenging complimentary payroll position.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

• Involvement in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement to the payroll product
• Liaising and coordinating with key relationships regarding customer requests
• Providing support to clients and the customer service team
• Responding to and resolving customer problems
• Involvement in the ongoing improvement to the quality of the product and internal procedures
• Involvement in issue analysis and resolution, software testing and documentation
• Ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Substantial experience in Payroll processing
• Experience with Payroll specific processing software
• Understanding of Human Resource Management
