This role is responsible for process improvement initiatives and projects within the Finance Department to ensure an effective, efficient and customer focused service is provided to internal customers. You will assist with scoping and planning projects to support improvement initiatives including stakeholder engagement, establishing project milestones, resourcing for projects and project evaluation. The successful candidate will ideally be CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion as well as demonstrated experience in business analysis within a financial services team. An ability to understand business objectives and translate them into specific requirements is essential. You will also possess sound written and oral communication skills which result in effective and appropriate communication with a broad range of people.
