Your Role
Working within our professional response centre, this pivotal role is to maintain high levels of client satisfaction with our Alesco HRIS system. Working in a team environment, you will support HR and payroll professionals on a day-to-day basis to manage HRIS queries while also developing your business knowledge of our HRIS Alesco system. Your Skills You may have a payroll consulting, systems or payroll processing background and thrive in an environment where you can assist clients. You must have a strong functional understanding of payroll systems and be able to problem-solve and work to tight deadlines. Key to your success in this role includes: - Knowledge of HRIS Systems. Any applicants with Alesco experience will be highly regarded
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven abilities in demonstrating initiative, tact, judgement, discretion
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Well developed organisational skills
