Following a restructure that will allow for the bolstering of this M&A team, this construction and property specialist will have you report directly to the Head of M&A in a role that will help you shape the divisions strategy globally.
You will most likely bring 10-15 years experience gained in a competitor M&A team, a big four accounting firms Corporate Finance division or in an investment bank.
You will have a strong understanding of the Australian infrastructure market including, projects and recent acquisitions within the space. Additionally you will have experienced Australian transactions as well as had exposure to transactions in one or all of the following: the Middle East, Asia and India.
That this role has been created at all is evidence of the dynamic shift in this companys corporate strategy. You will business partner with the senior executive and will be a key influencer in the direction of a division that has greatly increased its scope.
