The Role

In line with the strategic business direction and continued growth a new opportunity exists within this leading manufacturing facility. You will be required to work closely with the business leaders and plant managers and report into the Financial Controller all Financial and Management reporting for the production facility. This includes all monthly/quarterly/annual reports, as well as the budgeting, forecasting, and planning for the plant.

You will maintain all costing and associated variance analysis, as well as looking at material usage & plant efficiency. You will also need to maintain the asset register and have the ability to identify and drive process improvements.

Your Profile

You will ideally be CA/CPA qualified, and have reasonable experience as a Plant Accountant, or as a Management/Financial Accountant from a manufacturing environment and a solid working knowledge of MFGPro & Hyperion would be highly regarded. You must be a self-starter as the successful person must hit the ground running in this autonomous role. You will also be an extremely strong communicator as you will need to liaise on all levels throughout the business, at this site as well as others.
