This fortune 500 company has a presence in the market that their competitors can only dream of. They are now seeking a dedicated Team Leader Credit / Claims Analyst to manage, motivate and direct a focused team of seven Claims Analysts. These Analysts manage agreement records and process claimable funds.

Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be responsible for strengthening existing processes and increase team productivity to reach claim targets. You do this by partnering with customers, identifying priorities, coaching and developing team members and championing change.

You will be at least degree qualified, have demonstrated management experience and a strong working knowledge of SAP. You will also have at least 3-5 years experience in a business role engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
