Walker Andersen are working on behalf of one of the biggest financial services organisations within Australia currently require a Senior M&A Analyst.

This role will can either be a Contract or a Permanent role, this will be down to the individual the organisation wishes to progress with.

Due a strong internal candidate you will also need a proven track record in the following.

Reporting the GM of Commercial Finance, the primary purpose of this role is to complete evaluations of business development targets in which you will be expected to prepare and communicate recommendations to senior management. Company, asset, commodity, country and market research will also form a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will assist with the maintenance of prioritised M&A target lists for all commodities of focus and contribute positively to the Business Development team.

This senior role will suit an experienced professional who is looking for opportunities to significantly expand their career. Ideal background will be CA Big 4 qualified however top considered before moving into Corporate Finance.

Advanced excel skills, including re-writing models will be needed, brilliant communication skills and an extremely corporate image will be required.

Due to internal candidate we will need to move quickly therefore have 2 weeks to close out interview process.
