This exciting marketing and distribution company is on the precipice of growth which will provide a new and challenging future for the organisation.  The key appointment of Chief Financial Officer will work along-side the Managing Director to develop, drive and measure the future growth requirements of the organisation.

Currently, total staff across Australia number 80 with an additional international presence.  The brand is well established and holds a majority market share.  The CFO will oversee the full accounts department made up of approximately 3-4 people.

Your experience in a fast and dynamic organisation with some international exposure will give you the ability to handle the pace and diversity of this role.  As a CPA at the highest level of your profession, you will be consultative but decisive in your approach to driving strategic change.  You will instinctively understand the importance of building relationships with key stake holders including suppliers, staff and executive management to ensure you are an integral part of the organisation.

Operationally you will be overseeing financial accountability for the holding and trading company.  You will have access to external accounting support as well as an experienced accounting team in-house which will require staff management ability.  Meticulous in approach and current on all relevant tax accounting legislation you will be the financial expert to the management team.
