This is a varied role which includes the following duties:
- Provide a high standard of service to customers, by ensuring customer needs and requirements are met with minimum delay
- Raise debtors invoices
- Raise debtor credit adjustments
- Maintain debtor accounts, including set up of new accounts
- Monthly Statements
- Credit control
- Liaison with both internal and external clients
- Ensure contracts / rental database is up to date
- General office and administration duties
To be suitable for this role, you are required to have the following experience:
- 2 + years experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- A cheerful friendly manner
- Computer literate
