Their owners are well funded, and they are in a strong position to grow their portfolio as suitable assets present. It is with renewed confidence that they need a Property/Fund Accountant to take them through this new growth phase.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be part of an experienced team and you will take responsibility for the financial management of several trusts that account for a variety of commercial properties. You will manage the generation of accurate and timely management and performance reports, cash flow analysis and capex requirements for your assets. You will partner with Asset Managers and Fund Managers in regards to unit pricing, and with the Corporate Accountant in regards to statutory, audit and compliance requirements.

With a focus on constant business process improvement, your experience within fund or property accounting shall be complimented by your initiative and desire to continue to grow and prove yourself.

Salary shall be circa $120k package based on your experience and capacity to add value to the team.
