This rapidly growing fund management business has quickly established itself as a market leader in their field. As a result of internal promotion a rare opportunity now exists for a talented fund accountant to join the Sydney office.
The Role
Reporting into the Fund Manager and with a dotted line to the Group Finance Manager the main focus of the role will be to manage the financial reporting requirements of a single fund. Your key responsibilities will include;

Preparation of financial statements for the fund;

Effective cash, equity and debt management;

Tax compliance;
-
Providing technical accounting advice to property managers;

Preparation of yearend audit timeline;
In addition to Adhoc tasks as required.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be either CA or CPA qualified have experience working in or auditing property funds and have a sound knowledge of financial modelling. People looking to make their first move out of chartered are also encouraged to apply.
