In 2007, as Joint Managing Director of ICA Ltd, he restructured and re-aligned this business to become a force in the Australian ATM industry.
Before this Richard held a number of Executive General Management roles in Australian Icon companies. These roles included National Operations Manager – AVJennings and General Manager – Snack Foods Ltd.
Richard has also consulted to a number of firms including the global leader in IT distribution.
Richard has a focus on strategic, financial and operational systems with a focus on creating innovative strategies.
Richard was a director of an Australian publicly listed company and has recently completed a number of international acquisitions.

Nigel has
held senior Human Resources positions in a number of leading manufacturing and FMCG
companies, including CSR Ltd, Snack Foods Ltd and Kellogg’s.
With a career
spanning over 20 years in Industrial Relations and Human Resources, Nigel now focuses
his attention on his partnerships in the recruitment and organisational
assessment fields. In addition, Nigel
delivers career transition support with a leading career transition consultancy
and provides outsourced HR solutions.
