Rick is co-founder, CEO and general inspiring leader of JOBX. His passion for new and innovative solutions led him into an unknown territory when he conceived the idea for JOBX, but 18 months of obsessive dedication, sleepless nights and promises to his family of coming home “soon”, has led him to the position of pioneering a revolutionary change in the job advertising arena in Australia. We expect his experience in past executive management roles with Australian icon brands such as AVJennings, Dollar Sweets, Snack Foods and DeCosti Seafoods has more than just a little to do with his self proclaimed ability to make miracles happen.  Rick is free to take calls, email or anything else you can throw at him.

Simon Robinson

Sales Director

Simon graduated with a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics degree from Sydney University in 1991 just months prior to the demand for Sheep Counting Consultants hit an all time low... leaving him to forge a new career. He transferred some skills obtained through university extracurricular activities into an extensive professional affair within the Australian wine industry, an affair which still continues. His experience here and in some other quarters have exposed him to the vagaries of several disciplines including sales, marketing, packaging, production and importing/exporting. Now co-founder and Sales Director of JOBX, Simon arises each day with a spooky zest for life which he injects into every area of the office.

Cassandra Roberts

Marketing & Communications Manager

10 years embroiled in the world of luxury goods is probably the reason Cassandra is so pedantic about how our brand is seen. Responsible for all things marketing and communicative, Cassandra uses a mixture of experienced talent and coin flipping to ensure our brand is seen how, when and where it should be. Blaming her bossy nature on having run her own company, she thrives on bundles of creative energy to come up with new brand ideas (which she usually insists we implement). Amongst a growing list of strange character traits it’s alleged that no-one has ever seen Cassandra wear the same pair of shoes twice.

Anne Love

Business Development & Customer Service Manager

Anne is the philanthropic member of the office. Dedicating her time to creating positive opportunities for Charities and Not For Profit Organisations, she works tirelessly but happily championing Mental Health and other areas that really matter.  

Anne is also queen of customer service and online help. She just can’t get enough of helping people. When she’s not helping others, Anne is a serious foodie and a lover of fine wine. Well, lets face it; even ordinary wine.  She also likes to get out and active before hitting the office.  This is not some weird character flaw.  It's basic maths really, so she can eat and drink more.

Anne-Marie Ranft

Web Content Manager

Anne Marie is our resident Web Manager, who surfs the net in the same way Kellie Slater surfs waves. She cites her favorite movie as Kubrick’s black comedy “Dr Strangelove” so though she might seem innocent you’d better watch out for her. She loves strong coffee, taking photographs of urban landscapes and keeping busy. She has traveled through Asia, Europe and North and Central America and if she could have her life over would love to be an astronaut.
