You will experience total control on JOBX whether you advertise jobs, manage applications or search for candidates.
My Desk is your campaign room from which you can bookmark candidates and create a pool of talent, create strategy, post ads, manage applicants via your applicant tracking system, communicate securely, conduct live video broadcast interviews, shortlist applicants and manage your dynamic employer profile.
At your fingertips are up to the minute job and applicant statistics, access to salary surveys, your bookmarks, tags, people search (resume search is old hat), your webinars and a range of other relevant tools & resources.
At any time you can edit or update your details and add sub account users to your main account.
Once you have registered, you will be assigned your own account. This account will be housed within your own individual advertiser home page called My Desk.
Changing advertiser registration details
You are in control of your registration details. At any point in time, you can change any of your details including what is publicly viewable on your employer profile.
De-activating advertiser registration details
Should you at any stage wish to remove your details, you can do so. Simply go to your account settings and deactivate the items you wish to remove from public view.
Why advertisers should also register as a member
Advertisers and recruiters will also benefit from registering as a member.
This enables you to invite people into your personal network and will make you more personally visible and accessible to other members. It will help you to network and find people.
