It gives you the ability to broadcast yourself to the world.
Use it to network, to house your resume, to make your resume publicly searchable so employers can find you (if you want to), as a host for video resume, to link and display examples of your work, to link to your website, to tag yourself, to bookmark people, companies and jobs. You can also set up a selection of job searches that match criteria that is important to you. The site will feed these intuitively to you as new jobs are posted. You may never have to search again and you can be certain not to miss the jobs you are looking for.
Live Video
We enables you to record a live video for either a video cover letter, a video email, a video resume, or simply a video about you that you can broadcast publicly. All you need is a webcam and a computer.
JOBLocal
Far beyond the broad categories of north, south, east or west, we list each job by postcode. You can enter in the postcode where you would like to work. Your search results are then shown in 5 km bands, with integrated mapping (if the advertiser has used this feature). You can quickly identify a truly local job without having to sifting through a myriad of jobs in irrelevant suburbs.
JOBReferral
We are an early adopter of job referral. We strongly believe in the value of social networking. We believe, by leveraging your networks, you have the ability to recommend your friends or colleagues to jobs that they might not be aware of AND get something for yourself. Our advertisers can offer our members referral rewards for recommending someone who successfully applies and is placed into a job advertised on the site.
JOBNow
This is the express lane of job search. A dedicated area for jobs that need filling immediately – those urgent, crisis positions. JOBNow jobs don’t follow the same long resume application process. These jobs must be filled within 3 days of listing. Most of the communication will be done via telephone, SMS or email.
AJAX

Tagging - advertiser
Advertisers can ‘tag’ jobs so they increase the candidates that will find them. For example, if they are listing a Financial Controller, they may also ‘tag’ it as a Finance Manager or any other title that might fit that role. Tagging means the job will intuitively present itself to applicants that might describe the position in a different way to how it has been advertised.
Tagging - member
Members can ‘tag’ themselves to make it easier for them to connect with other users. For example, if you are a whiz at developing Web 2.0 sites, you might tag yourself as ‘Web 2.0’. You might be a ‘brand strategist’. Maybe your work history included a stint at ‘apple’. ‘Goal oriented’ might sum you up best. Whatever ‘tags’ you think will best sum up your uniqueness, skills, personality or goals will also help you expand your career network. Tagging allows you to connect with people, advertisers or companies through a few relevant words or phrases.

We will display their current rating on their profile. It’s an ideal platform to increase an organisation's visibility to members.
Bookmark
We allow advertisers to ‘bookmark’ members and follow their career progress, so even if they are not quite right for a current position, you can see what they are up to in a year or two. It’s an ideal way to keep track of the best talent around. Members can 'bookmark' advertisers. When a job comes up with an organisation they want to work for, they will be the first to know.
My Desk
My Desk is especially for the advertiser. It will update you on your confidential statistics including the number of jobs you have placed, application success rate, average applications per ad, what words worked in your tags and what words were tagged in your ads. It’s an advertisers complete control panel.
