Tagging - advertiser overview
Advertisers can ‘tag’ jobs so that they increase the ability for suitable candidates to find them. For example, if they are listing a Chief Financial Officer, they may also ‘tag’ it as:

      • National Finance Director
      • VP Finance
      • Group Financial Controller
      • etc.

By tagging the job ad with each of the above tags, it will present itself to more suitable candidates. It will now be included in search results despite the candidate not including ‘Chief Financial Officer’ in their search criteria.

Candidates can also include the tags created by advertisers to further refine their search. By including in their search, the various tags the advertiser has linked to a job, they will find more jobs.

‘Tags’ will appear in each job ad.

How to tag - advertiser
To ‘tag’ a job, simply add tags of your choice when creating a job ad. Where the advertiser chooses to include them, tags are fully searchable.
